Online Order Returns Policy
If you decide for any reason that you wish to return an item purchased online from us, you will need to inform us in writing within 14 days.
This 14 day period starts from the day after we deliver to the address that you request delivery to, or the day after you collect your goods from us.
You will then have 14 days from when we receive your written request to return goods, until you must have returned the goods to us. Failing to return the goods in this time frame will lose your rights to return goods purchased.
From the day the goods are returned, you will receive your refund (less fees applicable - see below) within 14 days.
We will refund the cost of the Item returned but cannot refund any delivery charge.
Carpet and vinyl is cut from a roll to the size you request and therefore we will deduct a fee of 5% per cut returned as these items will have to be reduced in price to be re-sold.
Please note that any order cancelled before dispatch or collection, will incur a 5% administration charge.
You will need to arrange to have the item delivered back to us Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
The item will have to be in the same state as it was when delivered in its original packaging.
All items are inspected by us prior to delivery so that all items delivered are in perfect condition.
We will not accept returned items if they are damaged in anyway including any odour contamination caused by strong smelling foods, tobacco etc.
Faulty goods will not be classed as damaged and will be refunded in full. - Faulty goods are classed faulty when the goods are damaged in the manufacturing process.
This return policy does not apply to purchases made in store. Our in-store return policy is guided by U.K law which is outlined in this link:
